We have a four-step ordering system, and it's super simple! We'll guide you through it. 😉

We try to be as specific, and as thorough as we can with the information available for your supplements. Take your time in reading the product descriptions, and scroll through the photo gallery as well. 🖼️
Check out once you're ready then you're off to the next step. 🎉

Step 2️⃣
You have two options: you can either have your goodies Shipped By Wheyl to your doorstep, or you can Book Your Own Courier to pick-up your order from our shipping point. 📍
When to use Shipped by Wheyl:
🛵 if you're not in a rush, since it does take about 1-5 business days for orders within Metro Manila, and 3-7 business days everywhere else in the nation;
🚗 if you're having this delivered to a provincial address; and
⏰ if you're okay having this delivered at any time during the afternoons on weekdays, since our Wheyl riders start to deliver around 1PM in the afternoons.
It'll then prompt you for the following delivery details:
🙋🏻♀️ Receiver Name
📲 Receiver Contact Information
📍 Complete and current delivery address
🔎 Landmarks, or any delivery instructions
Make sure to read your details twice to avoid any delivery mishaps! 😉
When to opt to Booking Your Own Courier:
⏲️ if you're in a rush, and prefer to receive your orders on the same-day during the weekdays (there are no pick-ups on weekends); and
✅ if you have no problem in shouldering the courier fees to have this picked up from our headquarters in Mandaluyong City; (complete pick-up information will be shared once your goodies are ready to be picked up); and
You should receive your pick-up confirmation via email with all the details you'll need to have your order picked up. 💌
Don't forget to respond with your rider name and Wheyl order number to ensure we relay the correct package to your rider. 🤲🏻
Step 3️⃣
When you're ready, continue to payment. 😉
We do have a few methods for you to choose from:
Payments via PayRex - credit card, debit card, GCash, Maya, QRPH, and more to come!
Cash on Delivery/Cash on Pick-up - not suggested for Book Your Own Courier due to the PHP2000 in-app limit
Transfer via BPI - manual online fund transfers and over-the-counter deposits
Transfer via Unionbank - manual online fund transfers and over-the-counter deposits
If you prefer to transfer via BPI or Unionbank, you'll see an extra set of instructions on the account details you'll be sending your payment to as well as having the payment confirmation shared with us. 🤝

Step 4️⃣
Once you're done with the steps above, all you gotta do is sit back, relax, and whey-t for your order! 💤
For orders shipped by Wheyl, you can expect an SMS alert or a phone call from your Wheyl rider (for orders within Metro Manila) or your J&T Express dispatcher (for orders anywhere else in the nation) once they're nearby for delivery. 🎁
Your delivery details and updates will be sent through email, but if you want to check up on things, we'd be glad to share any updates we can! Feel free to reach out through any of our official social media pages, email, or through our chat widget available on the website. 💬
We're active from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (excluding holidays and team events). 🎪
