How many servings a day is suggested?Updated 10 months ago

We recommend getting a majority of your protein requirement from whole food sources. But in cases where you need a little help to supplement your protein intake for the day, one serving a day should be good especially if you have other protein sources in your diet like meat, eggs, dairy, and other whole foods. 🍳

But on days when you feel like your protein consumption from whole foods is lower than usual, you can increase your whey supplementation to 2 or even 3 servings, as needed. 🥄 

And remember, adequate protein is needed on both training days and rest days. Getting enough protein is essential for your body to continuously repair and build muscles! 💤
