Unfortunately, yes. 🥹

It's normal, but still completely safe to consume your HYDRA pure electrolytes even as it clumps! 🌀

This happens when the powder is exposed to moisture, or left in places with direct/indirect sunlight or heat. ☀️

While it's still safe to consume even when clumps start to form, we do know it won't be the best experience when it's time to mix it up. With that, we do suggest the following tips: 📝

🗄️ Storing your HYDRA sticks in a cool and dry place. 🧊

💦 Try to prevent spilling water on your scooper or inside the tub (60 servings) to prevent clumping. 🙂‍↕️

⏳ You'll also see a dehydration packet found inside your tub and we do suggest that you keep it in there to prevent the excessive moisture from clumping up your powders. ✅
