But like many other clean, healthy, and all-natural food products, there are trace amounts of soy lecithin in your JUST whey protein, too. ✨
We understand it might sound scary or impure, but soy lecithin is nothing to worry about at all! This natural lecithin is included as a result of the whey protein manufacturing process. It helps make your favorite whey protein easy to mix and super smooth. 🥄
The good news is that this soy lecithin is found in very little quantities only (less than 1% of the blend, almost nonexistent, and hence not declared on the label since it doesn’t meet the FDA’s 5% threshold).
It’s not an allergen as well even if you are sensitive to soy, so you can be 100% worry-free. 🍃
