My Order Got Cancelled! What Can I Do?Updated 4 hours ago

We understand how life can get in the whey sometimes, and we tend to forget a few things — including your pending Wheyl goodies and payment! 😮‍💨

Unfortunately, when your orders are chilling by our shores for too long, we'd have to cancel them to make whey for other community members who may also be eyeing to get the same things. 🙏🏻


Never fret! We do get how excited you were checking these out from the website at wheyl.co, and we'd love to share our guidelines for cancellation here, and other important bits to help you 🫵🏻 avoid having your orders cancelled. 😎




Our Reasons to Cancel an Order:


1️⃣ Potential Spam

When your order's recipient name is "Hadhbfs KUEAHRnjc" to be delivered at "The Krusty Krab, Bikini Bottom", the team can safely assume that you're just testing the waters at the website on how to order but aren't ready to place one yet. 😉


2️⃣ By Request

We do honor cancellation requests and won't question why! We will al-wheys welcome you with open fins when you're ready to place a new one. 🤲🏻


3️⃣ No Response After Grace Period

The Wheyl team allows a grace period of 24 days before an order gets canceled and/or refunded with your Community Managers conducting multiple follow-ups via email or SMS during this time. 💌

Make sure to use a complete, correct, and an active email address and phone number before checking out! 🔎

Kindly note that refunds for paid cancelled orders can be expected within 3 to 5 business days from the date of cancelation. 🐋
