Every parcel we send out is meant to bring excitement, not confusion — and we do understand how frustrating it is to see your fully-paid order marked as "Cash on Delivery" (COD) by mistake. 🙏🏻
To quickly make things right, we can present two options: ⚖️
1️⃣ Option 1: Reject the Parcel
When the J&T rider arrives, you can politely refuse the package and let us know right a-whey that you’ve done so. We’ll promptly reship your order — this time with the correct “paid” tag, as it should’ve been in the first place. ⭐️
2️⃣ Option 2: Settle and Get Reimbursed
If you are excited to start consuming your Wheyl goodies, you can go ahead and pay for the package upon delivery (even though you’ve already paid online — we're so sorry!). Afterward, simply send us your local bank details so we can reimburse you in full. We’ll make sure you get your refund, no fuss. 🤝🏻
