We recognize that taste is very subjective. And what tastes good for others may not always taste good for you. We’re so sorry for the less than excellent experience. We’d love to make it better for you. ✅
⚖️ If you bought more than 2 of the same flavor you didn’t like and enjoy, we’d love to exchange the unopened bag(s) with a different flavor(s) of your choosing.
🗓️ Returns, and exchanges for a different flavor can only be accommodated two weeks from the date of delivery.
🏦 Returns for store credit, or full refund (if more than 1 bag of the same flavor was purchased) can be accommodated.
💰 Please keep in mind that shipping for order exchanges for the reason of unwanted flavors, change of mind, and the like, will be shouldered by the buyer.
I only bought one pack, and I ended up not liking it. Can I still have this exchanged?
As much as we’d love to have this exchanged, we’re sorry to say that we cannot allow returns or exchanges for opened bags that have already been consumed. 🙅🏻♀️

Do you accept product exchanges from previous purchases?
Yes, we do! As long as the product you’re looking to exchange remains sealed, unopened, and with no aesthetic damages within two weeks from the date of delivery. 🔒
With that, to proceed, the product shall meet the following requirements:
📦 Supplements: the pouch, pack, bag and tub must remain sealed and unopened;
👕 Merchandise: item must be free of aesthetic damages ,tags should still be attached, and the item must remain unwashed and unused.

Non-Returnable items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, items sold during clearance sale for the reason of expiration date, or other reasons. ❌
