Is there an option to book my own courier or pick up my order?Updated 14 days ago

You'll be happy to know that booking your own courier is a possible option for those who reside within Metro Manila and nearby cities. We can accommodate courier and personal pick-ups every Mondays to Fridays from 10:00AM to 3:30PM (except holidays and operation suspensions). 🕟

Please keep in mind that the shipping fee for your own booking will be shouldered by you! 🫵🏻

To proceed with this option, add your favorite Wheyl goodies in your cart and proceed to check out. Then choose our "Book your Own Courier" option and proceed as per usual! You'll be sure to receive the complete order and pick-up details via email once your order is ready to be picked-up. ✅ 

Do note that this option may be unavailable on days the team is receiving an over-wheyl-ming support of orders. Never fret— the Book Your Own Courier delivery option will be back up once we're all set. 🏁 

We will only allow bookings from couriers with instant delivery services such as GrabExpress, LalaMove, Angkas, and Joyride. For Cash on Delivery payments, kindly avail of the Purchase/Pabili service of your chosen courier to settle your payment! ✨

If you'd like to check how much your shipping fee would be before placing your order, we suggest trying out any pin in the Pioneer St., Mandaluyong City area. 📍

We can accept personal pick-ups upon discretion of our Logistics Team! Feel free to ask us about our availability for the day and we'll do our best to accommodate you. ❤️
