Lost, damaged, or delayed shipments do tend to occur from time to time, despite the best of the Wheyl team's ability to avoid them. 🥹

What happens if my order arrived damaged or torn?
Despite our best efforts to make sure your goodies are packed safely and securely, accidents can definitely happen en route, and we're so sorry it had arrived in this state. 😭
If your goodies arrived in a damaged state, here's what you could do: 📝
1️⃣ Take a photo, or video of the state of your goodies upon delivery;
2️⃣ Reach out to any of our official social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram), through email ([email protected]), or through our chat widget at the website;
3️⃣ Send over the photo/ video taken, and describe your experience when you received your goodies at this state. The more thorough and complete your description, the better!
Once your complaint has been received and acknowledged by the team, we'll be consulting internally for the best whey to move forward from there! ❤️🩹
