What happens if my order is headed to the wrong place?Updated 16 days ago


While the team does make sure we type in the right addresses on our dashboard, sometimes, orders heading to the wrong addresses still could be possible! 😮‍💨

It could either because we experienced a typo that had caused this order to be sent to the wrong city or zip code, or your packages were accidentally included in a carrier vehicle headed somewhere else. In any case, we're terribly sorry for this delay, and allow us to guide you on what and how to reach out to us, and your carrier. 📲


1. Reach out to us 🐋

Drop us a message on Facebook, Instagram, via email at [email protected], or through our website chat widget and let us know about the delivery mix-up. We’ll jump on it right away! 📲

Make sure to include your Wheyl order number, screenshots of your tracking details, and description of your conversation with your Wheyl rider or J&T Express dispatcher if available. 📝


2. Contact your Rider 📞

You can also get in touch with the rider using the tracking link sent via email. If your package is about 2-3 cities apart, perhaps you could let the rider know of your correct address instead! They'll be sure let you know if the parcel can be re-routed to the correct city or area, or it needs to be sent back to us for re-shipment. 🚚

If the J&T sprinter let you know that the package could not be rerouted, do let them know that you'll be rejecting the shipment so they have documentation for this return. We'll take care of the rest! 🫡
